The Winter 2017 Archive contains the 6 Office Hour sessions conducted during the Winter term. During each session, Bonnie and Greg take a deeper dive into a key course topic and also help the students with their questions and challenges.

Bonnie has been a successful Personal Chef in Orange County, California, since 2010. For the past 7 years Bonnie has been fully booked serving busy families, seniors, business professionals, celebrities, and professional athletes. She centers her cooking style around allergy-conscious and healthy homestyle meals the whole family can enjoy.
For several years, Bonnie has mentored many Personal Chefs new to this business. She has helped them work through the many obstacles that come with starting a business from scratch. After helping so many chefs individually, in 2015 Bonnie decided to launch Personal Chef Now to help new personal chefs enter the market and grow their business.
